'Truck Inn' Fernley Nevada 1997 : Photographer : Neil Emmerson

The 'Truck Inn' operated on Interstate 80 until 2008. In 1997 I was heading towards San Francisco and remember making a hasty stop as this incredible piece of suspended art came into view (A Freightliner for the curious). The image was shot on a Nikon F3 and all would have been done in a couple of minutes. This picture is very much a part of the America Before 8am Series.
